General

• A $50 penalty fee will be charged for non-return of Transponders.
• Roads are open to traffic, all road rules apply and all traffic laws must be obeyed.

Registration

• Registration fees are non-refundable.
• The name 'Lions Club Silverstream' will appear on all Cardholder Statements.
• All transactions will be billed in NZ dollars.
• You can registering online.
• Lions Club of Silverstream is the Trading Name for "The Lions Club of Silverstream Charitable Trust". We are a registered non-profit organisation based in New Zealand.

Personal Declaration

I confirm that I am in good physical health and agree I am participating at my own risk.

If I am entering this event and I am under the age of 18 then parental or guardian permission is required, proof of this permission may be requested by the Lions Club of Silverstream.

I hereby release the Lions Club of Silverstream and other sponsoring bodies associated with this event from the responsibility for any injuries or damages I or my equipment may suffer as a result of my participation in this event.
